Larry Page is an American computer scientist, business magnate and entrepreneur. He is one of the co-founders of Google Inc. On 20th January 2011 he was announced as a chief executive of Google and he served from 4th April 2011. In 1998, Page invented Google the most influential search engine of the digital era together with Sergey Brin. He is the founder of Google’s search ranking algorithm and PageRank.

On 26 March 1973 Larry Page was born in Michigan, U.S to the father, Carl Vincent Page and mother, Gloria. In 1965, his father received a Ph.D. in computer science. Page’s parents were both professor at Michigan State University and computer expert. Larry achieved bachelor degree in computer engineering from Michigan State University and earned Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. After finishing graduation Page decided to focus on computer engineering at Stanford University. Where Page met Sergey Brin and formulated search engine Google Inc.
