Prosun Azad was born on July 27, 1994, at Fulbaria, Mymensingh, Bangladesh to Azad Hossain and Shahana Azad. Both of her parents are the police officer, she grows up under the care of father in absent of mother who worked in the foreign country as UN Peacekeeping Force. She has a brother and sister.

Prosun studied at Cambrian college. She was so much affectionate about media from early childhood. Prosun participated in the Lux Channel I competition being inspired by a school friend. She could not know the matter of her name’s entity in the competition, later she came to know that, she is enlisted for the beauty pageant.
