Shahrukh Khan is a popular and successful Indian film actor who wins Filmfare Award for thirteen times. He is considered as a King Khan and the Baadsha of Bollywood film industry. Shahrukh made his debut in the industry with the drama serial.
Shahrukh Khan was born on 2 November 1965 to Taj Mohammed Khan and Lateef Fatima. His father was an Indian independence activist from Peshawar, British India. His parents were Muslim Pathan descent in New Delhi, India and paternal grandfather was from Afghanistan. At the age of 15 his father died from cancer and mother died in 1990. Early deaths of his parents shocked him very much. It was a turning point in his life one forced him to hard work. Khan enrolled in St. Columba’s School in Delhi where he was talented in sports, drama, and academics. Khan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hansraj College (1985–1988) and Masters Degree in Mass Communications from Jamia Millia Islamia. He also attended the National School of Drama in Delhi.
Firstly he would act in drama serial but he is now film superstar. ‘Action thrillers’ is his acting first romantic drama. However, professionally he made his debut in film industry with Deewana in 1992, after graduation in economics. Later he showed his terrific performance in the following film Darr (1993), Baazigar (1993) and Anjaam (1994), Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (1995), Dil To Pagal Hai (1997), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Swades (2004), Chak De! India (2007), My Name Is Khan (2010).
In 1991, Khan married Gauri on 25 Octber with traditional Hindu wedding ceremony despite of being a Muslim. They have two children, son Aryan and daughter Suhana. Khan has strong faith in Allah alongside him but admire his wife’s religion. His children follow the both religion at home.
There is a conflict between Shahrukh khan and Salman Khan which conflict always keeps hot the film industry.
